Front of House Manager

As a FOH manager you will be responsible for:

• Day to day management and supervision of all customer facing operations.
• Providing excellent customer service to guests
• Leading employees by example
• Hire, train, and supervise FOH employees
• Maintaining sufficient staffing levels
• Proper organization, inventory and ordering of FOH supplies
• Enforcing and monitoring all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Working with staff and customers to resolve complaints
• Preventing recurring customer service problems
• Ensuring opening and closing duties are completed correctly
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all customer accessible areas.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• General technical competency and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Google Workspace, e-mail, and electronic point-of-sale systems
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Previous leadership and restaurant experience
