Resort Property Manager

We are looking for a hands-on couple or individual to oversee the daily operations of our 24 condominiums and 7 apartments. This role offers a blend of guest interaction, property maintenance, and team leadership. On-site apartment provided, 2 BDR with 3rd optional, 1 bath.  Responsibilities include, manage daily operations of vacation condominiums and apartments, provide exceptional guest services and address tenant concerns, hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff, maintain swimming pool, fire pit, fishing pond, and grounds, oversee meeting room rentals and maintenance, utilize problem solving skills to provide solutions for guests and tenants.

Qualifications: Proven experience in property management, public service or hospitality, strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, experience with pool and grounds maintenance preferred, hands-on experience with computer applications (reservations and accounting systems) and social media. Specific training will be provided.
