Job Description: A Wedding and Event Coordinator, oversees the activities that occur at a wedding or event on that day or days. Duties include assisting and developing timelines for events, coordinating activites of vendors, setup, servers and bartenders who are contract laborers and handling issues that arise before, during and after wedding ceremony and reception or at any event. Any and all other duties as assigned. Food handler's and bartender's certification in the state of NM would be both helpful but can be obtained after a few events.
